What we collect
Your email address, and the orders you place here. Nothing else. No name, no phone number, no company details — the sign-up form has one field.
Reading anything in the Wiki requires no account and leaves nothing behind.
Your address is used for two things
- Sending sign-in codes
- Sending order status and delivery notices
No marketing, no newsletter, no "what's new this week". If we ever want a mailing list we will ask you, rather than adding you to one by default.
What we do not do
- We never sell, rent or share your address with anyone
- No third-party analytics or ad tracking (no Google Analytics, no pixels)
- We do not log what you search in the Wiki — search runs entirely in your browser
- We never touch your Claude account and never need your password
Where the data lives
The site and database are hosted on Cloudflare, with the database in Asia-Pacific (Seoul). Email goes through Resend (Tokyo). What those two can see is governed by their own terms — what we control is not giving them anything extra: Resend gets a recipient address and a message body, Cloudflare stores the handful of tables we write.
Redemption links and account passwords are stored encrypted, with the key held outside the database.
How long
- Sign-in sessions: 90 days, then they expire
- Sign-in codes: 10 minutes, deleted on use
- Order records: kept — they are your receipt and our books
To delete your account and everything with it, email us or message us on WeChat and we will do it by hand. Order records go too, so save your redemption links first.
Cookies
One: the sign-in session. No tracking cookies, and therefore no consent banner.
Referral attribution (the ?r= parameter) lives in your browser's localStorage for 90 days and is never uploaded — it reaches our server only as a field on an order you actually place.
Reusing our content
Wiki content may be reproduced — we would rather useful methods travelled further. Two conditions:
- Credit HiBridge AI and link to the original page here
- Keep the original author and source we credited — a translation belongs to its author; we are only the translators. Removing them is worse than removing us
For commercial use (paid courses, paid communities, print), ask first. Wholesale mirroring, or use as model training data, is not permitted.
If we have credited something wrongly, or you are an author who would rather not be included, contact us and we will fix or remove it promptly.

Changes
The date at the top changes when this page does. For substantive changes — anything about what we do with your data — we will email you rather than quietly edit.
